Join us for a soulful cacao ceremony rooted in presence, song, and curiosity. We'll settle in with niggun, sip cacao with intention, and move into a gentle meditation inviting our protective parts to step back so our more authentic self can shine through.
Expect grounding, connection, vulnerability, and the sweetness of being witnessed in a safe space. We'll close with conversation and a relaxed potluck lunch to nourish, connect, and ease back into the day together.
